We're based in Singapore! We mostly ship locally for now, but we're working on getting our gifts shipped internationally to reach your connections all over the world. Still, you can reach out to us and we'll see if we can make any special arrangements.

All our in-house brand products are original designs by us, and manufactured either in Singapore or China. For products from other brands that we include in our bundles, we try to source them from Singaporean brands so as to #supportlocal

1) Select Your Gift: Pick from our carefully curated selection of gifts and checkout your cart!

2) Select Greeting Card: If you are ordering a greeting card, do let us know what message you'd like to have printed on it. If not, we will leave it blank.

3) Checkout: Enter your recipient's mailing details and make the payment. We'll have your gift shipped directly to their doorstep and let you know once it reaches them!

We'll coordinate your gift orders and mailing addresses from there!

Yes, we do! However, we charge a design and/or printing fee. Please contact us here or email us at hello@10ft-tall.com with your requirements or ideas, and we'll continue the discussion from there

We provide long-term planning solutions for clients that have recurring gifting occasions. This allows for customisation ant scale, curation of impactful gifts, at much lower costs. Simply drop us an email to get things started.

All local orders are shipped via courier delivery directly to your doorstep for a flat rate of $3.50, waived for orders above $70.

For all ready-made in-stock items without any customisation, we will prepare your gift and ship it out within 1-3 working days.

For orders in large quantity, it may take an additional 1-3 days to process your order. For custom orders, a lead time of up to 2 weeks may be required.

Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.

Please check if the address provided is accurate and complete, including your unit number, if applicable. Return mail due to wrong or incomplete addresses provided will be chargeable for re-shipping.

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind order cancellations, returns or exchanges, unless otherwise stated below.

We take utmost care in packing your orders and ensuring you receive the correct items in mint condition. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or wrong item, please accept our sincere apologies and contact us here or at hello@10ft-tall.com within 7 days of receiving your package, with your order details and photo evidence so that we may assist in resolving the issue.
